Shawn's recipe, Jack Caps, especially wowed judges with its creativity and flavour! You can see this great recipe, as well as the other great winning recipes, in the Cheese Champions’ Winning Recipes cook booklet that will be distributed to Safeway stores in October of 2010.

Copies of the recipe book and prizes will be sent to all winners very soon.

So nice just to know it tastes as good as it may sound...My mother used to do stuffed mushrooms and I could never get enough.... A few add ons and her cooking knowledge was Quay also spelled key for you red necks like me.. A pleasure .. Just didn't think I would win!!!

I turned down the napa valley thing and they accommodated to my every need .... sorry i entered cause most of you that entered wanted that experience... I coook to make food something that your taste buds will never forget ... I also thought $50 gift cert and possibly my name in a cookbook would be cool too... I took the $2000 visa cards and waived my rights to the trip..Everyone was there , Bothwell rep safeway sales reps managers they even pulled staff from their duties I just like to cook I never want to win this again
